Cafe Manager

1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all operational SOPs, standards, and guidelines are followed by staff.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Monitor equipment conditions and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.

2. Staff Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, mentor, and supervise Baristas, Senior Baristas, and Café Crew.
• Plan staff schedules, roster rotations, and shift assignments based on business needs.
• Conduct training for new staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills and performance.
• Handle staff discipline, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Encourage teamwork and a positive working environment.
