Job Description
The Café Manager is responsible for leading assigned café teams in achieving a culture of hospitality and operational excellence. The role is also responsible for managing efficiency in financial performance within food, labor, and operational budgets, and upholds workplace and food safety standards, to ensure compliance with regulatory and client expectations.
The Cafe Manager also supports a culture rooted in innovation, inclusion, and sustainability, and actively participates in the successful implementation of all Sodexo at Google-aligned initiatives and programs.

● Oversee daily operations of café and foodspots including service, cleanliness, and user experience in adherence to the Sodexo at Google brand and standards.
