Cafe Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and motivate your operational team and peers.
• To research and develop, improve on and provide F&B services according to procedures and standards established.
• To be knowledgeable and keep up to date on all café service techniques, happenings, interests and norms.
• To be familiar with the F&B menu items. Have basic knowledge of food recipes, the timing and methodology of food and drinks preparation.
• To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively.
• To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards.
• Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results of store.
• Managing the schedules and provide operation support to outlet head chef
• Other ad-hoc operational duties as required.
