Location: Bras Basah

Salary: $2.8K + Completion Bonus

Duration: 1-year renewable contract

Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9:30am-6pm

Responsibilities

Café Operations

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks.
• Prepare and serve light snacks using a warming kitchen setup (no heavy cooking involved).
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, and equipment as part of regular maintenance.
• Manage café supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment of ingredients and products.
• Admin Functions - Manage ordering of food items and café supplies through SAP, do Goods Receiving and update inventory in POS.

Retail & Customer Service

• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for both café sales and SAM merchandise transactions.
