RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resortis located in the beautiful Shark Bay World Heritage Area, alongside the picturesque Francois Peron National Park. Our resort is internationally renowned for the friendly dolphins that visit the bay daily.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Café / Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant and café.
This is a full-time, ongoing position.
About the Role
As the Café / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef, Resort Manager, and service staff to deliver efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate café/restaurant operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
