About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Service Crew to join our dynamic team at Carpenter and Cook's thriving cafe in the West Region. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing friendly service and ensuring our customers have a wonderful dining experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Warmly greeting and seating customers upon arrival
2. Efficiently taking food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen team
3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
4. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised dining area
5. Assisting with light preparation tasks
6. Handling customer queries and complaints with patience and diplomacy
7. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues
