Role Overview
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring smooth operations, food quality, and team coordination.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in menu execution and kitchen management
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory rotation
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is unavailable
