Role Overview
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring smooth operations, food quality, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in menu execution and kitchen management
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and inventory rotation
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is unavailable
• Help develop and test new menu items when needed

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience
