Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Supervisor, based in Metro Manila. The Cafe Supervisor will oversee daily cafe operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and monitor inventory and supplies. Responsibilities will include assisting in staff training, managing work schedules, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role also involves providing support for events and workshops held at the cafe, while fostering a welcoming and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in team leadership, scheduling, and staff training
Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure positive guest experiences
Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation is an advantage
