Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a Front of House Team Leader / Cafe Supervisor to handle overall operations.

Job Description

• Supervising daily shift operations
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Inventory
• Dealing with suppliers and making orders for requisitions
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Organizing schedules
• Recording timekeeping and payroll data

Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Must have at least 2 years experience as restaurant supervisor
• Good organizational and management skills
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Willing to work in Maginhawa St., Quezon City
