Accounts Payable Specialist (On-Site)

Pay Range: $20.23 – $25.79 per hour Location: Carthage, NY

Role Overview North Star Health Alliance/Carthage Area Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the full lifecycle of our Healthcare Accounts Payable (AP) process. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency in bookkeeping software with the high-level communication skills needed to manage vendor relationships and internal coordination.
