CAH-CFHC – Desk LPN- Full Time- Day Shift-8a-4p-Req. 9549

Pay Range $24.16-$31.40*

Under the supervision of a QMP, utilizes the nursing process to provide quality patient care. Practices in accordance with the New York State Practice Act, nursing department standards and hospital policy and procedures. This position will be responsible for answering nurse line calls, inputting medication refills, imaging authorizations, prior authorizations for medication. Assisting with rooming, as needed. Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current New York State license as a Practical Nurse, or eligibility for licensure in the state of New York.
+ Minimum of one year experience in medical-surgical or clinical setting preferred.
+ Must be able to care for patients in all age groups.
+ Must be able to work at a busy pace
