CAH-Nursing Administration - RN Supervisor –Per Diem - Varying Shift- 7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a- Req 9287

Pay Range $46.28-$61.33*+

Assesses plans, organizes, directs and evaluates the delivery of patient care and services. At a managerial level, ensures quality of care is rendered to all patients in accordance with hospital and nursing department standards of care. Serves as a professional role model. Assumes overall responsibility for nursing services on each shift to provide continuity in decision making and continuity in nursing practice.

Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of New York.
+ BSN preferred.
+ Education in nursing management preferred.
+ Four years of progressive nursing experience in a hospital setting with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
+ ACLS required.
