Provide support on general corporateб, commercial and employment legal matters for the company’s Russian entities;
Support drafting and negotiation of various contracts and legal documents;
Identify and Manage legal risks in merchants’ claim issues and provide pragmatic solutions;
Assist in all aspects of management of litigation matters;
Provide advice support and training to business units on legal and compliance topics;
Maintain communication with external lawyers and service providers;
Organize and support contract management and electronic document flow;
Business travels both domestic and international are required.
