财务部 Manager / Senior Accountant Technical Accounting

Technical Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant will be responsible for compliance and conformity of the Company's accounting and reporting with applicable accounting frameworks as well as relevant financial reporting rules and regulations. He/she will also provide technical accounting advices and business solutions to the Company's management and business units on complex transactions. •Support the compilation of the Company’s financial statements, including the application of accounting policies, estimates and judgment as well as the reporting, presentation and disclosure of financial information in accordance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS and relevant rules and regulations such as Regulation S-X and Hong Kong Listing Rules; •Provide accounting interpretation and practical solutions in relation to complex transactions and technical accounting issues, with consideration of the applicable accounting standards, the Company’s accounting policies, technical views from accounting firms and market ...
