Cainiao-Operation&Quality Control Manager-Thailand-Operation Management

• Responsible for last mile network planning and resources management, establish own-fleet network with competitive cost ;
• Responsible for last mile coverage & service quality control through daily operation, including but not limited at SOP/SLA set up, process and system implementation, drive for continuous improvement;
• Manage daily operation of supply chain solutions to deliver cost competitiveness, lead time target and service excellence;
• Responsible for training on warehouse operators and delivery drivers, optimize resource connection and integration to make delivery more efficient;
• Plan and implement contingency plan for various exceptions to reduce impact to operations;
• Support commercial to get more volume by providing excellent aftersales service .
