Cainiao-Operations Supervisor- DSP sourcing & management-Southeast Asia

1. Buildup delivery fleet (including DSP sourcing, procurement, management, and withdrawal) to ensure that the fleet and drivers complete the daily tasks with quality and quantity, especially during the promotion period;
2. Daily manage DSP(Delivery Service Providers) and their drivers, including but not limited to training, setting and monitoring kpi, communicating in a timely manner to solve daily issues;
3. Setup and optimize delivery policies and procedures, innovate delivery model, so as to achieve a win-win situation for all parties, and continuously improve customer experience and reduce operating costs;
