CAINIAO-Product manager-Warsaw

1.Working closely with Cainiao poland team ,find/analysis product requirement, responsible for PRD and product/system implementation. Meanwhile plan mid-longterm product strategy base on business target and understanding of the market.

2.Deep dive into operation process and information system of each operation sector , including sorting center, TMS, pudo etc. Provide product solution base on business requirement, pro-actively optimise system function/user experience, improve operation efficiency.

3.Familiar with poland logistics service market, conduct market survey, design product/system which meets market need.

4.Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, project management, and project deployment in a complex environment. Work closed with technical team, BD/Operation team, bill finance, legal, customer service team etc. Responsible for the project result as product owner.
