CAINIAO-Transportation Specialist-Spain´s Self Operated Network

The Cainiao Transportation Network Coordinator is responsible to monitor and manage the transportation operations, in accordance with operational procedures, in alignment with Cainiao's Partners, ensuring service levels, providing timely resolution to issues and real-time decisions. Constantly working on improve processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
1、Maintain constant communication and build strong relations with Cainiao's Partners (Carriers, Suppliers and others) and other departments, in order to guarantee the running of operations, according to pre-established SLAs as well as solve bottlenecks in the transportation network;
2、Be able to pull data from different databases to develop logistics operations KPI's using BI systems and tools;
3、Monitor potential operational disruptions in management systems, such as TMS;
4、Monitor volumes and align maintenance of network coverage stability, abnormal and handling of major emergencies;
