Cake Maker

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Observe proper cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas at all times
• Prepare ingredients to be used in baking breads and pastries
• Meet daily target production of breads and pastries and ensure products will meet the establishment's standards on food safety and quality
• Responsible for the proper storage of food items
• Monitor stocks and advise on replenishment
• Check all products - actual stocks should tally with recorded ending inventory
• Responsible in reporting and recording spoiled/substandard wastages
• Attend trainings and product presentations as advised by the store manager or the corporate chef coursed through the manpower service agency
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least Vocational, College/Bachelor's degree graduate
• Preferably with experience as a Baker or Cake Maker
