Scheduled from June to December 2026, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Health and Wellness. Your primary responsibilities include connecting community members with essential services and navigating system barriers. As part of a multidisciplinary team, this role enhances guest well-being through comprehensive support and advocacy within the Calgary area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate intake for new clients entering programs
• Empower community members through education
• Collaborate with community resources and partners
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary
• Maintain client documentation and statistics in HMIS
