Job Description
Elevate plant operations as the Senior Manager for Maintenance in Calgary, Alberta. This role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on asset reliability and safety standards.
You will guide the maintenance team to enhance equipment reliability, implementing data-driven maintenance management strategies. By utilizing your engineering background and leadership skills, you'll manage predictive maintenance programs and foster a culture of operational excellence throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance operations aligning with company programs
• Analyze and mitigate asset reliability risks
• Facilitate failure root cause and criticality assessments
• Implement total productive maintenance strategies
• Oversee and improve the CMMS system
Requirements:
• At least five years in maintenance management
• Required Engineering Degree or Equivalent Diploma
