Calibration Engineer

Roles and responsibilities :

• Develop and implement calibration procedures and techniques
• Ontime calibration of equipment’s with External vendors, OEM or Internally
• Identify and rectify problems associated with equipment calibration and performance
• Maintain calibration records for audit purposes
• Perform the periodical dust particle count measurement
• Recommend and implement improvements for calibration procedures and methods
• Train and assist other technicians in calibration techniques
• Order, maintain, and manage calibration equipment and tools
• Ensure that all calibration activities adhere to quality standards and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures for calibration processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for calibration processes and systems.
