Calibration Engineer - Electric Powertrain Systems

As a Calibration Engineer - Electric Powertrain Systems, you will be responsible for the functional calibration and optimisation of HV powertrain and charging systems across HEV, PHEV, and BEV architectures.

The role focuses on calibration strategy definition, software release support, and functional tuning using HIL, system test benches, and vehicles. You will work closely with software, system, and test & validation teams to ensure robust, efficient, and compliant electric powertrain performance.

Activities include:

• Define and maintain baseline calibrations for each electric powertrain software release
• Perform functional calibration of HV powertrain and charging systems, including:
• Energy management
• Thermal management
• Charging control (AC/DC)
• Torque management
• High voltage safety and diagnostics
