Calibration/Metrology Engineer

Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V****, IATF*****, ISO ***** and OHSAS***** standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures (Related to all manufacturing) where applicable.Comply with Valeo ****, ISO/IATF ***** procedures and customer requirements.Comply with the provisions of the international quality system ISO/IATF *****.Develop and maintain plant wide calibration systems according to applicable standard (QS ****, American Association of Laboratory Accreditation standards...).
Perform measurement and analysis of raw material tests.Calibrate the control and measurement and test equipment of the plant, based on the type of calibration and applicable studies according to the calibration program.Control and keep updated the records of the plant's measurement, calibration and testing equipment.Prepare reports of test results, dimensional evaluations and calibrations carried out.Ca...
