Description
Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Attend alarm signals and fault call reported to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Handle customers' complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
Update and maintain a proper record on all customers
Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy
Work as a team and ensure that the call center service level is met
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
Requirements
Able to work on night shift 9pm to 7am, including weekends and Public Holidays, 5 days work week
Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge
Able to speak Mandarin in order to assist in managing Mandarin speaking customers for mandarin alarm/fault request and supp...
