About the role
This is a full-time Call Center role with CPI Management Services based in Antipolo City Rizal. You will be part of the Customer Service - Call Centre team, providing excellent service to our clients through non-voice interactions.
What you'll be doing
- Handling customer inquiries and requests via various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues
- Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive customer cases as needed
- Documenting all customer interactions and following up as required
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
