About the role

This is a full-time Call Center role with CPI Management Services based in Antipolo City Rizal. You will be part of the Customer Service - Call Centre team, providing excellent service to our clients through non-voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling customer inquiries and requests via various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues
  3. Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive customer cases as needed
  4. Documenting all customer interactions and following up as required
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies
  6. Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
