Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industry, and be fluent in Arabic.

Responsibilities:

• - Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests
• - Provide accurate and timely information regarding transportation services, schedules, and pricing
• - Process bookings and reservations for customers
• - Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
