Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for the travel industry? 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our dynamic travel account team. In this full-time role based in Angono Rizal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and handling a wide range of inquiries from our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
2. Providing accurate information about our travel products and services
3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
4. Updating customer records and documenting all interactions
5. Cross-selling and upselling additional travel offerings to enhance the customer experience
6. Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve customer service processes
