Job Description

Hiring: Call Center Agent – DME (Doctor Chaser) 
Location: PECHS Block 2 (On-site)
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday 
Job Responsibilities: 
Contact US doctor offices to follow up on prescriptions and medical documentation 
Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain missing or pending documents 
Ensure timely follow-ups to avoid delays in DME order processing 
Maintain accurate records of calls, updates, and confirmations 
Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding case status 
Meet daily call targets and quality standards 
Job Requirements: 
Must be confident and fluent in English 
Previous DME / Doctor Chasing experience is a strong plus 
Fresh to 2 years of call center or healthcare experience 
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills 
Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment
