Call Center Agent (ECW Experienced)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience
• At least 1 year of medical office experience
• At least 6 months of ECW experience
• Fast typist, at least 60 words per minute
• Access to high‑speed internet

Must be patient, quick, smart, kind, and responsive.

Nice to have

• Spanish speaker

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Take and send messages, resend appointments, confirm appointments
• Look up authorizations
• Fax, email

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:45 AM to 5 PM (30 or 45 minute lunch options).

Expectation: 80–110 calls a day. Flexible gap allowed.
