CALL CENTER AGENT

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales initiatives
• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, or close leads and sales
• Perform data entry to update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Typing Speed: at least 40WPM
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
