Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups or customer outreach
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions
- Follow scripts and company procedures where required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Clear and confident English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
- Quiet work environment and reliable internet connection
