Call Center Agent

We are hiring Call Center Agents for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign.

This is a calling-based role.

Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Fresh candidates will be given priority, as we already have a strong team of experienced agents.

English Requirement

• Minimum English fluency: 6/10
• Clear speaking and understanding is required
• Accent perfection is not required

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for the DME campaign
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Follow call scripts and guidelines
• Maintain professionalism on every call
