We are hiring Call Center Agents for a Telco account at our Cagayan de Oro site.

Job Description

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telco services
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers
• Document customer interactions according to company procedures
• Maintain quality and performance standards

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• Preferably with at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
