About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Davao City Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Answering and responding to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
