About the role

CPI Management Services' is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, providing an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment. What you'll be doing

1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing prompt and effective assistance

3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updates
4. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
5. Adhering to call handling protocols and quality standards
6. Participating in team meetings and trainings to continuously improve performance
