Call Center Agent

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet call quality standards
• Document call interactions properly and follow company policies

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in college (no back subjects) or Senior High School graduate
• With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
• Good to excellent verbal communication skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
