Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Call Center Agent with experience supporting large real estate brokerages (e.g., Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, or similar). This role is responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, supporting agents, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the real estate process.

The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of real estate, is comfortable speaking with buyers and sellers, and can represent the brokerage with professionalism and confidence.

What you'll be doing

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from buyers, sellers, and prospects
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, internet leads, open house leads, and marketing campaigns
