We are looking for a Full-Time Appointment Setter to join a dynamic and collaborative team at a Urology Center. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a high-quality patient experience by coordinating appointments, assisting with insurance calls, and providing support for Spanish-speaking patients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Patient Coordination: Answer incoming patient calls to schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
