In this full-time role based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be the essential link between our company and our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and support for our e-commerce operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
2. Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, including order status, product information, and returns/exchanges
3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience
4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
5. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
6. Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies
