About the role

CPI Management Services' is looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent - Non Voice to join our growing team in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat and social media. Your role will be crucial in delivering a positive customer experience and resolving customer queries efficiently.

1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat and social media in a timely and professional manner
2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
3. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to customers
