CALL CENTER AGENT - PERMANENT WFH

Job Description:

• Initiate outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, events, and sales.
• Handle inbound calls to resolve issues or close leads/sales.
• Execute data entry and update client data in the CRM software.
• Manage customer correspondence via email and other channels.
• Produce and create reports utilizing MS Office and Google Drive.
• Ensure compliance with all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Undertake any additional assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Able to perform effectively under pressure
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management
• Customer-focused with the ability to adapt and respond to various personality types
