  • Answering calls: Take inbound calls and provide accurate answers to customer questions
  • Problem-solving: Identify customer needs and concerns, and research solutions
  • Making sales: Recommend products and services based on customer needs
  • Processing orders: Take orders, process returns, and complete transactions
  • De-escalating situations: Calmly assist customers who are dissatisfied
  • Training new employees: Help train new employees and share customer service policies
  • Building relationships: Create and maintain relationships with customers and clients
  • Using technology: Use internal software, databases, and scripts to help with calls
