HIRING: Call Center Agent

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Day shift only (No graveyard!)

We’re looking for a friendly and confident Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries and provide updates on electronic units under repair.

What you’ll do:

• Answer customer calls and inquiries
• Call customers to update them on the status of their units
• Coordinate with our service team for accurate information
• Handle follow-ups and concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• At least College graduate of any course
• Good communication skills in English & Tagalog
• Can speak Visaya (advantage but not required)
• With or without experience
• Computer literate and good at customer handling
