Responsibilities

  • Dayshift and blended Account open for With or without BPO exp.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order placements, concerns, and product information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve issues.

Qualifications
