Call Center Agents

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents. This full-time role is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental and offers a relocation package as well as the opportunity to work on a virtual process. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to queries, and providing solutions in a professional and efficient manner
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department
Participating in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices
