Description:
WAVE, a leading U.S.-based call center, is looking for motivated and professional Agents to join our ACA & Medicare team.

What You'll Do:

• Assist U.S. clients with ACA and Medicare inquiries over calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions.
• Maintain records and update client information.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
• Prior call center or healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
