Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to all employee queries related to HRIS, payroll, HR policy and process
• Provide solutions (which may be customized in accordance with HR guidelines and/or business targets) and implements HR policies/processes/activities in a dynamic environment
• Provide functional expertise regarding HR processes and systems
• Ensure data quality in HRIS systems
• Maintain current HRIS systems and be responsible for data accuracy management
• Partner with HR BP to develop and communicate enrollment and benefit updates to employees
• Plan, communicate, and deliver local site benefit events in partnership with HR BP
• Act as a sensor to the Field HR and proactively raises flags when necessary
