Call Center/ Lead Generation Agent

We are looking for a confident and motivated Call Center Agent to join our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified leads and set appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 50+ outbound calls per day to targeted prospects.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Requirements:

• Previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
